Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to oversee all in-house operational execution matters. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to implement the latest VC tools to drive productivity. You will lead the team in operational performance and execute tactical hiring and recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Optimisation:

• Oversee the firm's day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Streamline operational procedures and introduce efficiencies that enable scalable growth.
• Implement cutting-edge VC tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
