• Enhancing Customer Success: Support the customer success team in identifying upsell opportunities and improving the overall customer journey.

• Proven Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in building successful products in technology or similar industries.
• Agile Expertise: You thrive in Agile environments and are proficient with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborative Background: You have experience working in dynamic settings with multiple Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Your meticulous approach ensures the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products.
• Efficient Time Manager: You excel at managing time and meeting deadlines, even in fast-paced environments.
