Shipping & Port Relations Representative

In this role, you support shipping companies, port authorities, and other maritime stakeholders throughout their journey with OceanScore, from onboarding and training to ongoing operational support. You act as a reliable point of contact for customers using our solutions and ensure they understand how to integrate them into their day-to-day operations.
Working as part of our customer service team and collaborating closely with product and commercial teams, you help customers successfully apply our solutions while gathering valuable feedback from the market. You contribute to strengthening OceanScore’s relationships across the shipping and port ecosystem and support the adoption of digital tools that help the maritime industry turn compliance into commercial success.

- You have1–3 years of experience in the maritime industry, for example with a shipping company, port authority, maritime service provider, or maritime technology company.
- You are familiar withoperational environments in shipping or portsand enjoy working withinternational maritime stakeholders.
- You communicate fluently inEnglish, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable working withglobal B2B customers.
- Youknow how toapply andexplaindigital solutionsclearly and guide customers through onboarding or product training.
- You arecurious aboutmaritime data, emissionscompliance, anddigital solutionsfor themaritimeindustry.

- Customer Onboarding & Operational Support:You support ship operators, port authorities, and maritime stakeholders during onboarding and provide ongoing operational support, including product training and day-to-dayassistance.
- Customer Relations in the Maritime Ecosystem:You act as a trusted contact for assigned customers in the shipping and port community, ensuringtimelyresponses and clear communication in a global maritime environment.
- Adoption & Ongoing Engagement:You stay in regular contact with customers to ensure our solutions are well understood and integrated into their operational workflows.
- Internal Coordination & Market Feedback:You work closely with product, customer service, and sales teams to resolve issues and share structured feedback from the market to help improve our solutions.
- Customer Growth Awareness:Youmonitorusage patterns andidentifyopportunities where customers maybenefitfromadditionalOceanScoreservices, sharing relevant insights with the commercial team.
