Job Description :
ü Responsible for customer interaction and satisfaction (with any and all customers whose vessels belong to or the delegated areas while building a robust network of vendors, service providers, partners and agents in close coordination with Head – Customer Delivery and COO
ü Be available 24/7 for customers with respect to RFQs, order processing, feedback, complaints, emergencies.
ü Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery and interaction. Achieve a Feedback Score of at least 70%.
ü Ensure all processes are followed as per Shipskart's policies and SOPs. Set and then deliver all budget objectives (revenue, cost, cash management, corporate governance, customer satisfaction) to the Company.
ü Support Marketing, Order fulfilment Process, Sales and BD in identifying new business opportunities and developing and converting new customers.
ü Ensure all daily activities are in compliance with all local authorities & port regulations
ü Overall in-charge of day to day operations of all the Branches & Region, including people, infrastructure, regulatory issues, partners, vendors and service providers.
ü Participate in the monthly GMV meetings which are held to evaluate any progress and identify any changes or tendencies in accordance with the below points.
ü Conduct Monthly assessment to analyze case studies and record the outcomes for future reference during the joint calls. Case studies should be added in the file and shared across the relevant company members.
ü Ensure that his team reviews its progress on a weekly basis to make any necessary alterations to meet the objectives and complete the tasks within a stipulated timeframe.
ü Offering topic/content training to the Operations team to improve efficiency and employee engagement, as well as streamline the process of gathering and sharing up-to-date information with staff members.
ü Share MOM for the GMV meeting and ensure all points discussed are executed at the ground level - MOM should be shared with everyone in the management also.
ü Visit the Ships once monthly to ensure complete compliance and zero grievances.
ü Conduct a team huddle within your Branch to discuss current objectives and progress.
Attributes – Education, Work Experience and Skill Requirements
1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, in any discipline.
2. Must have at least 7 years of work experience, ideally in the warehouse operations.
3. Must have a mandatory experience of least three years with a shipping industry / marine products and services
4. Must have experience with ERP usage and general digital operations like ERP, WMS, Scanning, OCR, etc.
5. Must be able to communicate very well, orally and in writing
6. Proven knowledge of procurement and warehouse policies and procedures
7. Must be capable of building and maintaining robust relationships with vendors, service providers and partners.
Joining period : Immediate
Salary budget : CTC 7 LPA (based upon the experience and qualifications).
Office Location : Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat,
