Job Description :
Assist customers with respect to RFQs, order processing, feedback, complaints and other exigencies.
To ensure 100% compliance with Company, Regulatory and Industry policies and procedures.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery. Achieve a Feedback Score of more than 90%.
Ensure all processes are followed as per the company's policies and SOPs.
Support Business Development Team and Order Fulfilment Process in identifying new business opportunities and assisting them to convert new customers.
Ensure all supply-related activities are in compliance with local & port regulations.
Take charge of day-to-day operations of the Branch. It includes- people, vendors and service providers.
Participate in the Daily /weekly meetings held to evaluate the progress made and identify necessary changes to be incorporated.
Conduct Monthly assessment of case studies and record the outcomes for future reference during the joint calls.
Ensure that the Branch reviews its progress on a weekly basis to make any necessary alterations to meet the objectives and complete the tasks within a stipulated time frame.
Keep a tab on the team's performance (Monthly KPI) and present the relevant metrics in regular reports.
General Competencies:
Should be a graduate in any discipline.
Should have a proven and mandatory experience in industrial purchases. Experience in the maritime domain is preferred advantage
Should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant purchase experience with a total experience of a minimum 8 years in the industrial segment.
Should have a sound knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in Advanced Excel is surely an added advantage.
Should have handled a team of not less than 5 members for a minimum of 2 years.
Must be capable of building and maintaining robust relationships with vendors, service providers and partners.
The preferred companies with background experience may entail Shipping Companies, Ship Chandlers and other logistics companies where extended work hours are a part of regular working.
Should possess excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Must be compliant to systems, policies and procedures.
Must have good time-management skills

Must be knowledgeable about marine products and services
Must have the ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
