Mission
As Head of Marketing, you will lead Sinay’s global marketing strategy with one clear objective: driving sustainable growth through a strong combination of Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
You will build a performance-driven marketing function focused on KPIs, pipeline generation, product adoption, and brand experience, both externally and internally.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute Sinay’s global marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
Develop and scale a hybrid SLG / PLG approach supporting both commercial performance and product adoption.
Lead, structure, and grow the marketing team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and data-driven culture.
Build, structure, and monitor key marketing KPIs: acquisition, conversion, activation, pipeline generation, CAC, ROI, engagement, retention, etc.
Establish a strong data-driven culture with rigorous performance tracking and continuous optimization.
Lead Sinay’s external content strategy across websites, SEO, campaigns, social media, customer stories, thought leadership, product and corporate content.
Own internal marketing assets and sales enablement materials: commercial presentations, pitch decks, templates, demo assets, messaging, and training content.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure consistency and impact across the full customer journey.
Strengthen and evolve Sinay’s brand positioning within an international, fast-growing tech environment.
Profil recherché
Proven experience in B2B marketing within tech, SaaS, data or innovation-driven environments
Strong ability to design and execute growth strategies combining SLG and PLG motions
Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track and act on key business and marketing KPIs
Solid expertise in B2B positioning and content strategy across external and internal channels
Strong execution mindset: able to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Ability to align marketing with Sales and Product to drive measurable business impact
Leadership experience with the ability to build, structure and scale a marketing team
Strong ownership, prioritization and business-oriented thinking
Fluent English
