Your Mission
We’re looking for an Senior Manager / Head of Analytics to own and build our data function from the ground up. You’ll define the analytics vision, architect a scalable data infrastructure, and drive insights that power smarter decisions across the business.
This is a foundational role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, customer success, and finance to ensure data is not just accurate and accessible—but also actionable.
What You’ll Do
- Own Tilla’s analytics strategy and execution across the business, Translating business needs into data projects that drive clarity, speed, and decisions.
- Establish the technical architecture and data infrastructure, including selecting and implementing modern data warehouse / data lake technologies
- Work with engineering teams to design scalable pipelines and reliable architecture for internal and external reporting
- Partner with departmental leaders to define business requirements, build unified metrics and models, and deliver robust analytics, dashboards, and insights that drive performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic decisions across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance.
- Drive the selection of end-user analytics tools and manage them
- Grow the analytics team as needed and manage an existing analyst
- Champion a culture of data-informed thinking across the company
You Should Have
- 5+ years in data/analytics roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup/scale-up environments
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on data architecture and tooling
- Strong stakeholder management skills—you can translate between business and technical languages
Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, Mode, or similar BI platforms - Experience with DBT and defining internal metrics or business logic layers
- Deep understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and a strong understanding of data modelling best practices
- A product mindset—you care about usability and scalability, not just crunching numbers

- Experience supporting customer-facing reporting requirements
