By using complex data sets, and with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), we provide an integrated service to the maritime industry and marine insurance market to accurately advise on, and subsequently mitigate, a wealth of risks including piracy, migration, narcotics, stowaways, incidents linked to war, and mammal movements. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations Team, to support the operational delivery of state of the art digital service offerings. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will assist in delivering, monitoring, and assisting client vessels through the main product and other service lines as they come on stream. As a shift ‘Watchkeeper’, you will play a key role being part of a team providing 24/7/365 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Service delivery
• Monitor client vessels in high-risk areas using the digital platform
• Coordinate information response to any maritime security issues that may occur efficiently
• Issue incident reports to client vessels
• Monitor social media and other open/closed sources for early identification of potential threats
• Provide operational support to clients and partners

Requirements

• BSc in Maritime studies and/or MSc in Shipping or related field will be considered a plus
• Experience in forms of maritime operations such as MAC or others
• Knowledge in commercial shipping operations, security, and compliance
• Excellent IT skills, with a full ability to work and deliver outcomes using Microsoft 365 / G Suite
