Vanguard Tech are looking for a strategic and growth-focused Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue expansion, commercial operations, and business growth initiatives across the organization.

This is a key executive role responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable commercial success and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy

✔ Drive new business acquisition, customer retention, and profitability

✔ Oversee forecasting, revenue operations, and commercial planning

✔ Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities

✔ Optimize go-to-market strategy and commercial performance

✔ Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

✔ Build and lead high-performing commercial teams

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven leadership experience in revenue growth, commercial strategy, or business development

✅ Strong background in scaling revenue and leading cross-functional initiatives

✅ Experience within the Maritime / Shipping industry is required

✅ Strategic mindset with strong operational and analytical capabilities
