When a marine casualty happens, every hour counts. Getting the right equipment, suppliers, and personnel in place is critical to the response.

Vanguard-Tech, a maritime salvage and emergency response company, is seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support active salvage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source equipment, materials, and specialist services.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate purchasing and equipment hire.
• Arrange equipment and personnel mobilisation, freight, customs clearance, and transport.
• Liaise with project teams, agents, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, inventory, and logistics costs.
• Resolve urgent supply and logistical requirements during active cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics coordination.
• Experience in marine salvage or the maritime industry is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and time-critical deliveries.
• Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Availability to work on-site, with flexibility outside normal working hours during active operations.
