The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Head of B2B Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive pipeline growth. This is a pivotal role that will shape our marketing strategies as we expand into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within a BPO environment and a proven track record of generating a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Create and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Oversee our expansion into new business verticals, adapting marketing strategies to effectively target and penetrate these new markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a B2B marketer, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Must have experience working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and a proven ability to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
