Who We Need
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can be the first point of contact for customers. The right person will understand how important it is to respond quickly, professionally, and ensure that no opportunity slips through.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls, warmly greet customers, and record lead details in the CRM (Roof R).
- Schedule appointments based on availability and customer needs.
- Follow up on leads to confirm interest and keep communication active.
- Assist with job scheduling, job costing, and invoice assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily operations through admin tasks.
What You Need:
- Strong command of English (C-level proficiency) — clear and professional in both spoken and written communication.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Lead Intake Specialist in the home improvement, roofing, or similar service industry.
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing schedules and data entry.
- Professional phone presence and customer service skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
