Who We Need

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to nurture and expand relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and support the sales process. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, account management, and leveraging CRM and marketing tools to drive business growth. Ideal candidates thrive in consultative, relationship-driven sales rather than transactional selling.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Contact existing customers via phone to maintain relationships, provide product updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new B2B customers using company-approved sources.
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Review email marketing campaigns and follow up with customers who engage with content, as well as those who have not responded.
  • CRM Management: Monitor CRM for customer segments (regular, at-risk, sleeping, or lost customers) and prioritize outreach accordingly.
  • Offer Presentation: Present customer-centric offers, such as pallet optimization (adding extra items at no additional shipping cost).
  • Consultative Approach: Conduct needs-based conversations with customers, focusing on their business goals rather than pushing sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and participate in weekly check-ins for coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

What You Need:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong communication skills: concise, professional, and confident when speaking with business owners over the phone.
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to conduct consultative conversations and build long-term business relationships.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Willingness to quickly learn product knowledge and adapt to customer needs.
