Who we need

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Community Manager who can spark conversations, build trust, and strengthen our client’s online community. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and amplifying the community’s voice across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Initiate, moderate, and nurture conversations across online platforms (forums, social media, Slack, Discord, etc.)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to community questions, comments, and feedback
  • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and support peer-to-peer collaboration
  • Develop strategies to increase member participation and community retention

Content & Communication

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content (posts, blogs, newsletters, short videos, etc.)
  • Gather and share community insights, feedback, and emerging trends with internal teams (product, marketing, leadership)
  • Manage community reputation by addressing issues or negative feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align community initiatives with brand and product goals

What You Need

  • Proven experience managing or moderating online communities or social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and community storytelling
  • Familiarity with tools like Discord, Slack, and social media management platforms
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situation
