About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven accounting professional to support a dynamic portfolio of real estate entities. This is a high-volume, structured accounting role where accuracy, organization, and adherence to established SOPs are key. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple accounts and projects, while working closely with the controller and accounting team.

What You'll Do:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices accurately and on time
  • Track incoming and outgoing payments
  • Maintain accuracy across multiple entities
• Monthly Reconciliation
  • Perform reconciliations across ~60 accounts/entities
  • Ensure financial records align with bank statements
• Portfolio-Level Accounting Support
  • Support accounting across real estate projects/holdings
  • Navigate multiple entities without confusion
  • Work closely with the controller within defined workflows
• SOP-Driven Execution
  • Follow established SOPs
  • Deliver consistent, process-driven output
  • Focus on execution rather than system building

What You Need:

• Proven multi-entity accounting experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously
• Real estate or portfolio accounting experience is required – candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, structured accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow established SOPs and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable reconciling complex accounts
• Reliable and process-oriented, able to maintain consistency across multiple tasks and entities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with controllers and cross-functional teams
