The role

This is a full-time remote role for a Low-Code Platform Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-code applications. Daily tasks include back-end web development, software development using object-oriented programming, and collaborating with other team members to deliver secure and efficient solutions. The role requires participation in code reviews, continuous integration, and deploying applications on the platform.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business analysts, users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application features.

· Interpret and implement business processes automation based on BPMN.

· Design, develop, and implement business process automation using our proprietary low-code development Platform.

· Write configuration code in JSON format based on business specifications and inputs.

· Integrate low-code solutions with existing systems and APIs.

· Configure data models, user interfaces, workflows, and automations within the low-code platform.

· Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing low-code applications.

· Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with internal and clients’ policies.

· Provide documentation and user support for delivered solutions.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the low-code development process.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Processes Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience with at least one major low-code platform.

· Understanding of basic programming/scripting concepts.

· Knowledge of BPMN and at least one tool used to work with it (e.g. Visio).

· Ability to interpret business requirements and build sustainable technical solutions.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.

· Experience working with AI language models and agents.

Desired Skills

· Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

· Experience with REST/similar APIs for system integration.

· Knowledge of database concepts (SQL or NoSQL).

· Agile/Scrum project experience.

· Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

· Ability to use source code Git version control system.

· Experience with test automation tools and practices.

· Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

· Knowledge of compliance requirements in trade finance industry.

Location

We work remotely. Our tech team is based in Poland. Our business team is based in the US. We might evaluate candidates from European countries and, for great talents, also other locations.
